AWOL (asylum work out lesson)

1:30 minute rounds for 25 minutes

  • Thrusters

  • Jump rope

  • Box jumps

  • Russian twists

  • Sandbag lunges

~half hour discussing with the kids what they felt like they were struggle with and how to potentially practice to get over it.

1 hour of bottom position: proper base, hand fighting into escape.
