Practices:
Mondays (ages 9 and up only- wrestling technique) 5:30-7:00
Tuesdays:
Ages 9 and up- 6:15-8:15
Ages 5-8 and beginners 5:15-6:15
Wednesdays: STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING 6:00-7:00
Thursdays:
Ages 9 and up- 6:15-8:15
Ages 5-8 and beginners 5:15-6:15
Wrestling tournaments:
11/29, 12/7, 12/13, 12/19-20
Additional Costs:
$60 Asylum Singlet
$10 Entry fee per tournament (per bracket) due in cash weekly on Thursdays
$20 Regional tournament entry fee
