    Important Venue information:

    Clear Bag Policy

    • Spectators may carry one clear plastic or vinyl bag no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”. Small clutch bags no larger than 6.5″ x 4.5″ (does not have to be clear) or clear one gallon zip-top storage bags are also permitted.

    • Backpacks and purses larger than 6.5″ x 4.5″ will not be permitted.

    • Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items or single compartment diaper bags (child must be present).

    Security Procedures

    • All guests are subject to search upon entry, which may include bag checks, metal detectors, and physical search. Please leave ALL weapons at home; including firearms, knives of any kind and/or wallet chains.

    Cashless Concessions

    • No Outside Food or Drink

    • No outside food or drink is allowed. Participating athletes and spectators may bring in water (must be in plastic or metal container), but this is the only exemption. The Podium Powered by STCU has worked diligently to provide healthy food options for athletes and spectators.

    • 7:00 - 8:00 pm:  Weigh-ins for all ages (Counts for both Freestyle and Greco) 

      • Athlete that misses weight will automatically be moved to the next weight class.

    Saturday, May 3, 2025 - Freestyle

    • 7am - 8am Medical Checks and Weigh-ins (Weigh-ins count for FS and GR, miss weight we will adjust to next weight class)

    • 9am - 1pm: U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, Girls K-2, Girls 3-5 and Girl 6-8

    • 11:30am - 12pm: Late weigh-ins for afternoon session only

    • 1:30pm - conclusion: High School Girls, U16, Juniors, Open

    Sunday, May 4, 2025 - Greco

    • 8am - 8:15am:  Weigh-ins for Greco or re-weigh for Greco

    • 9am - Conclusion: All Divisions (Est. 3:30pm)

  • Coaching:

    Copper Certification at minimum is required for Freestyle / Greco State!

  • Weigh Ins/Medical

    If an athlete misses weight, we will automatically move them to the next weight class.

    Athletes that weigh-in at a weight class lower than registered, they must declare at the scale that they would like to dop weight classes.

     

    All weigh-ins count for both Freestyle and Greco, only need to weigh-in 1 time. No satellite locations, all weigh-ins are conducted on-site. 

  • Uniforms & Gear

    2.3 Colours To avoid countries from wearing the same colours two uniform options are required.

    2.3.1 Colour Base All countries shall select their uniform which is based on their country colours. The design is determined by the colours present in the country’s flag. Alternatives may be considered on an exceptional case basis with the approval of United World Wrestling. The country colour selected shall make up 70% of the singlet.One uniform with blue markings and one uniform with red markings must be submitted to United World Wrestling for approval. Each of these uniforms has restricting colours that must be used with each of the singlets, that incorporate the red or blue markings (see below). In addition to the country colours, red and blue markings will remain on the singlet to determine the scoring between the athletes.

    To avoid similar colour combinations, countries should endeavour to use the following colours with blue markings• Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Purple, Silver

    To avoid similar colour combinations, countries should endeavour to use the following colours with red markings• White, Orange, Pink, Red, Yellow, Brown, Gold UWW may require that the above rules are actually enforced in case the colour combinations do not allow a clear identification of the blue or red markings. For example, a singlet with a majority of blue will be refused when used with red markings. Or a singlet with a majority of red will be refused if used with blue markings. 

    2.4 Markings

    2.4.1 Red and Blue Markings Each Singlet will have a total of three markings consisting of: • Two 7cm bands, one on each leg, shall be positioned across the bottom edge of the leg. For clear distinction the marking shall cover the circumference of the leg. • One 7 cm band positioned below athlete’s name and NOC code on the backside of the upper torso. The band should be exclusively placed on the back half of the singlet, not visible on the front half.

    Important: The red and blue markings are uninterrupted sport-specific design components which must remain untouched from any graphic, logo or third party identification. The marking has to be placed below the athlete’s name and country code. The red markings shall be: Pantone 2347C and the blue markings shall be: Pantone 299

    NON USA Wrestling Leader admission:

    $10 plus taxes and fees ($14): 1 days

    $15 plus taxes and fees ($21): 2 days

     

    Wrestle Leader Membership: 

    Coaches with current Wrestle Leader membership (Must have copy of card), you can purchase a coaches band for $10 cash at the podium and your band will allow you entry.

    USA Bracketing is a comprehensive wrestling tournament software where you can create, customize, and manage wrestling brackets effortlessly with real-time updates.

    USA Bracketing offers coaches, parents and fans the ability to follow their favorite wrestlers and have their mat assignments and/or results update automatically on dashboards. Users can also choose to receive this information through either email or text alerts.

    As a benefit of membership, USA Wrestling is offering USA Bracketing text alerts free of charge for all Wrestling Leader members.

    To take advantage of the free text benefit through USA Bracketing, you will need to either create a new USA Bracketing account with your USA Wrestling ID number, or add your USA Wrestling ID number to an existing account on USA Bracketing.

    To add your USA Wrestling ID to an existing account, go to My Account under your username, and add it to the top field labeled USA Wrestling Id.

    USA Bracketing is the official tournament software for all USA Wrestling regional and national events.
